We're able to preconfigure the sensors and any peripherals so all you have to do is mount them and integrate the outputs.
For the sensors, there is a pole-style mounting bracket. If the units are preconfigured, they are already on the same unique channel and communicating once they're powered up. Connect power and Ethernet using the two M12 connectors or just one for Power over Ethernet (PoE).
If we are supplying a panel to interface with the unit, you can wire power and/or network there. If you'd like to get the output to your PLC, we can supply a gateway for the protocol of your choice so that it integrates easily with your system. For anticollision applications, we supply a controller with interposing replays as well so you can wire the outputs to your drive system. These relays can be configured to open at certain distances as "slowdown" or "stop" signals, that way, you can reduce the speed and stop respectively before a collision occurs.
